Ordinary advisory scope
The ordinary Business Architecture Review is a manual advisory service based on business information agreed in the signed service agreement, information-handling terms and confidentiality or NDA terms. A separate client DPA is not required for every engagement.
When a DPA applies
A Data Processing Agreement describes processing carried out for a client where Ravenna Business Architecture OÜ processes personal data solely on the client's behalf and under the client's documented instructions. A DPA or processor schedule is added only when that processing is part of the agreed scope.
Request path
A client can request the applicable DPA and processor schedule through contact@depthics.com. The request path does not itself accept confidential evidence or create a contract.
Signed records and public boundary
The signed service agreement, information-handling terms and confidentiality or NDA terms govern the ordinary engagement. If the agreed scope includes client-directed processing of personal data, the applicable processor schedule and acceptance state are controlled by the signed engagement records. This public page cannot prove that a client has accepted a DPA or that a provider is active for a particular engagement.
The public marketing site does not accept client datasets, run a client data area or create a processor relationship through this page. If client-directed processing is agreed, the relevant security terms, transfer safeguards, retention and deletion rules are agreed for the engagement before covered processing begins.
