Data processing agreement

A Data Processing Agreement describes processing carried out for a client where Ravenna Business Architecture OÜ acts as a processor. The signed agreement and current processor schedule control the relationship.

A client can request the current DPA and processor schedule through contact@depthics.com. The request path does not itself accept confidential evidence or create a contract.

The executable agreement, acceptance state and current processor schedule belong inside a later authenticated client settings area. A public page cannot prove that a client has accepted a DPA or that a provider is active.

The processor register, security terms, transfer safeguards, retention and deletion path must be reviewed before production personal data is processed. This draft does not claim GDPR compliance or an active processor relationship.
