The public website is informational. It does not host a fit-request form, receive file uploads or maintain a public fit-request database. It does not accept confidential evidence. It is delivered through Cloudflare Workers, which may process the technical request data needed to deliver and protect a page under its own terms and privacy information.

The website does not use non-essential analytics, advertising technology, session replay or behavioural tracking. It stores the visitor's explicit light or dark theme preference in browser local storage under the depthics-theme key and, when the browser accepts it, in a first-party depthics-theme preference cookie shared across the public and invitation-only Depthics subdomains. It contains no tracking identifier and is used only to keep the chosen appearance consistent.

The current email-based enquiry path is a mail link. If you choose to use it, your email client and mail provider transmit the message to the operator's mailbox. The website does not intercept or store the message. The operator may use the information you choose to provide to respond and assess whether a Business Architecture Review is suitable.

Start with a short, non-confidential description. Do not send confidential evidence, evidence files, passwords, account credentials, health information, allegations or other sensitive personal information through the first-contact path.

Information received by email is used to respond to the enquiry, understand the stated business question and assess whether the Business Architecture Review is suitable. Technical request handling supports delivery, security and reliability of the website.

Depending on the circumstances, the applicable legal basis may include taking steps at the request of the enquirer, the operator's legitimate interests in responding to business communications and protecting the website, or a legal obligation. The page-delivery provider is Cloudflare, through Cloudflare Workers. Email is transmitted through the providers used by the sender and the operator. Providers may process technical or email data outside Estonia or the European Economic Area. A European data-location setting alone does not prove that every Worker execution, support operation or provider activity is EU-only.

The website does not retain form submissions or uploaded files because it has no form, upload or public fit-request database. Email records are kept only for as long as needed to respond, assess fit, maintain necessary business records and meet legal obligations, with the applicable handling determined by the message and legal context.

If a signed engagement begins, its agreement and evidence-handling terms govern the records created for that engagement. No fixed public retention period is stated for direct email because the mailbox and legal context determine the applicable period.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal data, to receive it in a portable form, or to object to particular processing. Send a request to contact@depthics.com. The operator may request information needed to verify the request.

You may also complain to the supervisory authority competent for your situation. For the operator's Estonian establishment, this includes the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
