Current website state
The current site is informational. It does not host a fit-request form, send form data to a backend, use advertising technology, or run behavioural analytics. Planned request data
If the fit service is enabled, the planned request fields are name, work email, organisation, role, approximate organisation size, primary situation or trigger, the decision the organisation needs to make, and an optional preferred contact window.
No field may be added without updating the data inventory, notice, retention rule, validation contract, migration and positive and negative tests.
Purpose and legal basis
The intended purpose is to respond to a request and assess whether a Depthics engagement fits the stated business question. The final legal basis, notice wording and any communications use require professional legal review before activation.
Processors and transfers
The production processor list and any international transfer safeguards must be recorded before a provider receives personal data. A European data-location setting alone does not prove that every Worker execution, support operation or processor activity is EU-only.

Intended retention design
The approved design currently records these proposed anchors: new or reviewing requests for 90 days after submission, declined requests for 90 days after the decision, qualified requests that do not convert for 180 days after last substantive contact, and original marketing data for conversion deleted within 90 days after a signed engagement. Notification attempts are planned for 30 days, rights-request receipts for 12 months, and restore suppression records for 37 days after verified deletion.
These periods are design authority, not proof that the runtime exists or that legal review is complete. Holds and applicable law can change the decision.
Rights and complaints
Where applicable law provides rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, requests will be handled through the privacy contact after the service is enabled. The relevant supervisory authority and final procedure will be named in the reviewed notice.
